“The Aftermath: Wasteland” is an ambitious multiplayer post-apocalyptic survival game that offered players an immersive and dynamic gaming experience. As a game designer, I played a crucial role in collaborating with developers to bring the game to life. I was responsible for conceiving and communicating various game concepts, including character traits, abilities, a rank system, and an XP system. These elements contributed to the depth and progression within the game, providing players with a sense of growth and achievement. Additionally, I contributed to the level design, ensuring engaging and strategic gameplay for both cooperative and competitive multiplayer modes. Recognizing the importance of maintaining player engagement, I also provided input on the live-ops strategy, ensuring that the game remained fresh and exciting through regular updates and events. Furthermore, I took on the task of designing the post-apocalyptic environments in Unity, creating immersive and visually stunning settings that enhanced the overall player experience. Collaborating on “The Aftermath: Wasteland” allowed me to showcase my skills in designing intricate game systems, crafting captivating levels, and contributing to the ongoing success of a multiplayer survival game in a post-apocalyptic setting.
